Seller accounts publish product capabilities, receive buyer enquiries matched by CAS number, and quote from the Seller workspace within a 48-hour window.
Back to How It WorksEach assigned enquiry stays live for seller quoting for 48 hours.
Enquiries are routed from seller product capability mappings by CAS number.
Seller accounts also receive Buyer access for sourcing requirements.
This is the seller-side flow from signup to quote submission and shortlisting.
Choose Seller during signup. Seller accounts are $99/year, and EARLY99 can be used for free early access.
Maintain a clear company profile so buyers can evaluate your business when reviewing seller options.
Seller matching depends on product capability rows and CAS number mapping.
When a buyer selects your company for a CAS-matched product, the enquiry is assigned to your seller account.
Open the assigned enquiry and read the product, CAS number, required quantity, unit, buyer country and notes.
Submit your quote before the quote window closes. The dashboard timer shows how much time remains.
You can update your quote while the enquiry remains open. Every saved update is logged in quote history.
Submitted Quotes shows all quotes from your seller account. If the buyer shortlists you, the status updates and buyer details can be shown according to the workflow.
Make sure the requested CAS number matches the material you can supply.
Price alone is not enough. Include currency, availability, pack size, lead time and remarks.
The quote window is 48 hours. Late quotes are not part of the live enquiry workflow.
Accurate CAS mappings improve the quality of enquiries assigned to your seller account.
